The reagents and water used in this standard refer to analytical reagents and experimental water in compliance with the provisions of GB/T 6682, unless otherwise specified. The solution used in the experiment refers to the aqueous solution when it is not indicated which solvent is used for preparation.

A.2.1 Method Summary
After the sample was dissolved in methanol, it was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the content of dihydroquercetin in the sample was calculated by the external standard method with Taxifolin as the reference substance.
