A.1 General provisions   
The reagents and water used in this standard refer to analytical reagents and experimental water in compliance with the provisions of GB/T 6682, unless otherwise specified. The solution used in the experiment refers to the aqueous solution when it is not indicated which solvent is used for preparation.
A.2 Dihydroquercetin
A.2.1 Method Summary
After the sample was dissolved in methanol, it was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the content of dihydroquercetin in the sample was calculated by the external standard method with dihydroquercetin as the reference substance.
A.2.2 Instruments and Materials
A.2.2.1 Analytical balance, the sensitivity is 0.01mg.

Weigh about 10mg of the reference substance, weigh it accurately, put it in a 50mL volumetric flask, dissolve it with methanol, and treat it with ultrasound (250W, 40KHz) for 5 minutes, let it cool, and dilute it to the mark with methanol, shake well, and filter through 0.45um Microporous filter membrane, take the filtrate, and set aside.
A.2.5.2 Sample solution preparation
Weigh about 10mg of the sample, weigh it accurately, put it in a 50mL volumetric flask, add an appropriate amount of methanol, treat it with ultrasonic (250W, 40KHz) for 5 minutes, dilute with methanol to the scale, shake well, filter through a 0.45um microporous membrane, and get.
A.2.5.3 Determination method
Precisely draw 10uL of the reference substance solution and 10uL of the sample solution respectively, inject them into the liquid chromatograph, and measure and record the chromatograms.
