Chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine
The leaves contain diterpene lactone compounds: andrographolide is more than 0.1% for andrographolide, more than 0.1% for andrographolide, more than 0.2% for andrographolide, and more than 0.2% for andrographolide; and homoandrogra Pholide, panecolide. It also contains andrographan, andrographone, andrographosterin, β-sitosterol-D-glucoside, etc. In addition to andrographolide, it also contains 5-hydroxy-7,8,2",3"-tetramethoxyflavonoids (Mono-o-methylwithtin), 5-hydroxy-7,8,2"-trimethoxyflavonoids (Andrographin), 5,2"-dihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavonoids (Panicolin), apigenin-7,4"-dimethyl ether, a1-sitosterol and KH2PO4, etc. Whole herb also contains L4-deoxy-11-oxidized andrographolide vinegar (14-Deoxy-ll-oxoandrographolide), 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (14-deoxy-ll, 12-didehydroandrographolide). According to preliminary analysis, it also contains phenolic substances such as sterol saponins, sugars and condensed tannins. The healing tissue obtained from leaves, shoots, hypocotlas, roots and germ was separated by culture to obtain three sesquiterpene lactone compounds: Lamorilides A, B and C (Pa-niculides A, B, C).
Pharmacological action
(1) Antibacterial effect: The clinical efficacy of neoandrographolide contained in andrographis is better than that of chloramphenicol and dysentery, and there are no side effects and toxicity. In vitro tests, andrographis decoction and crude crystals isolated from it have inhibitory or killing effects on certain types of leptospira, and decoctions have a certain inhibitory effect on pneumococcus, alpha streptococcus and catarrhal bacteria.
(2) Antiviral effect: andrographis decoction has a delaying effect on the degeneration of human embryonic kidney cells caused by orphan virus ECHO11.
(3) Other effects: decoction and water extract (decoction plus alcohol to remove precipitators) have no obvious effect on the heart of isolated rabbits, water extract has a significant vasodilation effect in the vascular perfusion test of rat hindlimbs, anesthesia dog intravenous injection of the above two preparations 0.1 grams of crude drug / kg, no obvious effect on blood pressure, in vitro guinea pig ileum, rat uterus have no obvious effect, decoction has inhibitory effect on the duodenum of isolated rabbits, but water extract does not.
Functional indications
Clear heat and detoxification, cool blood and reduce swelling. Treat acute dysentery, gastroenteritis, colds, cerebral flow, tracheitis, pneumonia, whooping cough, tuberculosis, lung abscess, cholecystitis, hypertension, epistaxis, oropharyngeal swelling, boils and carbuncles, water and fire scalds, poisonous snake bites.
(1) "Lingnan Medicine Collection": can detoxify snake venom, and can manage internal injuries and cough.
(2) "Quanzhou Materia Medica": clear heat and detoxify, reduce inflammation and swelling. Treatment of throat inflammation, dysentery, high fever.
(3) Guangzhou Army's "Handbook of Commonly Used Chinese Herbal Medicine": treatment of acute dysentery, gastroenteritis, cold and fever, tonsillitis, pneumonia, boils and swelling, traumatic infection, tuberculosis, poisonous snake bite.
(4) "Jiangxi Herbal Medicine": clear heat and cool blood, reduce swelling and relieve pain, treat cholecystitis, bronchitis, hypertension, whooping cough.
(5) "Color Atlas of Commonly Used Chinese Herbal Medicine": clear heat and reduce inflammation, relieve pain and itching, and detoxify snake venom. Treatment of mumps, combined with membraneitis, flow of the brain.
