Products Description
Apple extract polyphenols are an extract rich in natural antioxidants, derived from apples, and have a wide range of applications in food, cosmetics, and other fields. Apple polyphenols contain a variety of ingredients that are beneficial to the body, including epicortisol, oxidized epicortisol, proanthocyanidins, catechins, etc. These ingredients have good antioxidant properties, which can protect the body from free radical damage and fight many diseases.

Apple polyphenols can inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms, have a protective effect on the skin, and can also improve cardiovascular health. In the field of food, apple polyphenols can be used as natural preservatives to protect the freshness and quality of food. In the field of cosmetics, it can be used as an antioxidant and skin protectant, protecting the skin from environmental stress and improving the skin's brightness and elasticity.

Benefits
Apple polyphenols are plant compounds rich in antioxidants, such as quaternions, malic acid, and other flavonoids, which can neutralize free radicals in the body and prevent them from causing cell damage, thereby reducing the occurrence of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Antioxidant activity: In one study, apple polyphenols showed significant antioxidant activity, with a capacity higher than that of antioxidants found in many other types of fruit juices. In 100g of apple juice, the antioxidant capacity of apple polyphenols is as high as 5336 millimoles of Trox equivalent.
2. lead excretion function
The polyphenols in apples have obvious lead excretion function, which can promote the excretion of lead in urine, antagonize the absorption of blood lead caused by metal lead, reduce the level of blood lead, and reduce the accumulation of metal lead in the femur, and liver. In addition, pectin cellulose in apples has a strong adsorption effect, which can adsorb and remove bacteria, bacterial toxins, and other toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract, such as lead and mercury.
3. Anti-caries effect
Apple polyphenol has a strong inhibitory effect on the transglycosylase (GTase) of dental caries bacteria, thus preventing the formation of tartar. Therefore, apple polyphenol is very effective in preventing dental caries, and its inhibition of GTase is 100 times higher than that of catechin (EGCG) in green tea. Its main anti-caries component is apple condensed tannin (ACT), so it can be used as an additive in toothpaste, which has both anti-caries and teeth-cleaning effects.
4. Anti-allergic effect of Apple extract polyphenols
Apple extract can be used in the treatment of specific dermatitis and allergic dermatitis. Apple polyphenol can inhibit 35% of histamine free, so apple polyphenol can be used in the prevention and treatment of specific dermatitis and other diseases. Apple Ganning has the effect of inhibiting the increase of intracellular calcium concentration, which is conducive to the stability of cells. Therefore, adding apple Ganning to food can directly stabilize fat cells of laryngeal mucosa, and adding it to cosmetics can stabilize skin cells. As an external drug, it can be used for the treatment of allergic dermatitis.

Application
●Application in functional food: Because apple polyphenol has many health functions such as preventing hypertension, anti-tumor, anti-aging, anti-mutation, anti-radiation, anti-allergy, anti-caries, and strengthening muscle strength, it can be used in the development and production of functional food to meet people's needs for food health functions.
●Application in liquor and beverage: Apple polyphenol can be used as the clarifier of liquor and beverage. It is mainly used to make gelatin and tannin form a complex to accumulate and precipitate after the phenolic hydroxyl group is connected with the amide group in the protein through hydrogen bond, and at the same time capture and remove other suspended solids.
● Application in cosmetics: Apple polyphenol is a kind of natural product with unique physiological and chemical activity, which has good convergence and adhesion. It can maintain the synthesis of collagen, inhibit elastase, assist the body to protect collagen, and improve skin elasticity, thus avoiding or reducing the generation of wrinkles and maintaining the delicate appearance of the skin. It is usually added as an active ingredient in cosmetics, bath solutions, hair dyes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc., which plays multiple roles such as anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-radiation, whitening, and moisturizing.
● Applications in other fields: Apple polyphenols are connected to the polymer molecules so that the polymer has the properties of polyphenols. For example, the water-absorbing resin of the polyphenol antibacterial filter screen is grafted with polyphenols to make antibacterial materials, which has a broad market in the antibacterial aspect of diapers.
Due to the development of industry, a large number of phenols enter the water environment and react with metal ions to deposit in the silt at the bottom of the river, causing harm to aquatic organisms. If plant phenol is grafted onto the polymer chain, it can not only reduce the damage to the environment caused by phenol-containing waste discharged during plant processing but also be used as a product to treat wastewater containing heavy metal ions for further development and utilization. In addition, the inhibition of polyphenols on enzyme activity can control the content of polyphenols in plants, produce resistance to pests, and reduce plant diseases and pests.
Preparation
Ethanol solution extraction method: After the apple pomace is pulverized, it is extracted with an acidic ethanol solution, and then adsorbed, eluted, concentrated, and dried by a Sep-PacC18 column to obtain crude apple polyphenols (CAP), while condensed tannins The preparation uses CAP as raw material, the glucose is condensed and desorbed by LH-20, the small molecular polyphenols are dissolved with acetic acid solution, and the large molecular polyphenols are dissolved with acetone solution.
