Preparation

Ethanol solution extraction method: After the apple pomace is pulverized, it is extracted with an acidic ethanol solution, and then adsorbed, eluted, concentrated, and dried by a Sep-PacC18 column to obtain crude apple polyphenols (CAP), while condensed tannins The preparation uses CAP as raw material, the glucose is condensed and desorbed by LH-20, the small molecular polyphenols are dissolved with acetic acid solution, and the large molecular polyphenols are dissolved with acetone solution.
