Production process of Esculin Hydrate
Kintai uses a combination of advanced resin purification and concentrated crystallization technology to significantly improve the purity and yield of Esculin Hydrate. During the production process, we refine the extracted mother liquor. Through concentration, dilution, filtration and other steps, select suitable resin materials (such as D101 or T-28 resin) for adsorption and desorption to ensure a high concentration of esculin in the extract.
Through this process, we can increase the purity of Esculin Hydrate to more than 80%, and at the same time recover the by-product quercetin, further improving production efficiency and product added value. The desorbed resin is further washed with high alcohol to obtain other by-products with medicinal value.
