Shiitake Mushroom Extract Powder (SME) is a botanical extract from shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes), which is rich in nutrients and a variety of bioactive compounds.

1. Antiviral effect 
Shiitake Mushroom Extract has good antiviral efficacy and almost no toxic side effects, so it is a natural medicine worthy of clinical promotion.
