HPLC results revealed that scopolamine was absent in the water extract of the root, with the fruit extract having the highest scopolamine content at 0.874%, and atropine content in the fruit was the highest at 4.67%.

2.1. Efficient Purification
We utilize targeted enzymatic hydrolysis technology, primarily using cellulase and pectinase to precisely break down the cell walls of belladonna, effectively releasing the alkaloids. Cell wall disruption is the most critical step in the extraction process, and this specialized enzymatic hydrolysis system significantly improves the efficiency of alkaloid release. Ultrasonic technology is also used as an auxiliary tool, using high-frequency vibrations to facilitate cell wall breakdown, accelerating the dissolution of active ingredients. This has increased the overall extraction yield by over 30%, significantly improving production efficiency.

2.2. Highly Selective Impurity Removal
During the extraction process, to ensure the high purity of the Atropa Belladonna Extract Powder, we utilize precise impurity removal techniques, focusing on removing fat-soluble impurities such as chlorophyll. The hyoscyamine content remains stable at above 0.95%, ensuring the product's high efficiency and stability.
