1. What Is Pure Beta Sitosterol
Pure Beta Sitosterol is a natural active ingredient in plants, structurally similar to animal sterols such as cholesterol, and mostly coexists with oils and fats in the seeds and pollen grains of plants. Phytosterols are generally composed of β-sitosterol, rape oil sterols, and soy sterols.
