• Morphological Characteristics：Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers. is a large tree of the genus Lagerstroemia in the family Lythruceae. Up to 25 meters high; Bark gray, smooth; Columella cylindrical, glabrous or slightly furfural batch hairy. Leaves leathery, oblong elliptic or oval oval, sparsely lanceolate, top obtuse or short pointed, base broadly cuneate to round; Petiole 6-15 mm long, stout.
